Difference Between Guarantee and Warranty

1. Guarantee is a lawful term and it is normally a promise or a commitment that validates the durability or quality of an item or service.
2. A warranty is similar to insurance policy in which parts of the item or service purchased can be safeguarded through repair or substitution.
3. A warranty is a promise or guarantee given.
A guarantee is an agreement assuming responsibility to perform, execute, or complete something and offering security for that agreement.
