1. Open google sheet.
2. Select cells.
3. Click on format.
4. Click on conditional formatting.
5. In format rule click on custom formula.
6. Enter formula.
7. Click on done.

How to Fill a Series on Google Sheets on PC or Mac?
1. Open google spread sheet.
2. Open sheet.
3. Click on cell.
4. Apply formula.
5. press enter.
6. Select cell.
7. Click on right bottom corner of that cell and dreg it to apply same formula across series.
