1. Bigger pixels tend to have better signal to noise ratio and greater dynamic range.
Pixel pitch of 700D is approx. 16% higher than pixel pitch of 200D.
2. Concerning battery life, the 200D gets 650 shots out of its LP-E17 battery, while the 700D can take 440 images on a single charge of its LP-E8 power pack.
3. Advantages of the EOS 200D are the higher resolution, the larger sensitivity and that the battery has more stamina. Another advantage over the EOS 700D: the lower weight than the EOS 700D, the more compact size and the built-in wifi that permits remote shooting and image transfer without the need for a cable connection.
4. The 200D was launched at a somewhat lower price (by 15 percent) than the 700D, which makes it more attractive for photographers on a tight budget.
5. Advantages of the EOS 700D are that the camera is faster.
6. If I had to pay, I’d prefer 200D even if I had to pay a 10% more, probably. Newer, faster, more resolution, lighter and with some additional functions.
7. Portrait (Color Depth):
200d:
23.6 bits
700d:
21.7 bits
