Many dairy farmers put hormones in the diets of their milk-producing cows.
There is some concern that these hormones increase your risk of developing prostate, breast and colorectal cancer.
2. Milk has two kinds of proteins, whey protein and casein. At times, milk may have a few injurious casein constituents that may augment threat of heart disease and autism.
3. Milk is harmful is if you have lactose intolerance.
4. Broken bones:
Women who consumed large quantities of dairy milk daily were more likely to sustain fractures than those who drank little to no milk.
5. Saturated Fat:
Unless you drink skim milk, your glass of milk will contain saturated fat, which can increase levels of cholesterol.
6. If you drink raw milk, you may get diseases.
7. Acne:
In multiple studies, the consumption of all types of cow’s milk was linked to an increased prevalence and severity of acne in both boys and girls.
