2. Wiki commons accept only ogg files.
so You have to first convert mp4 to ogg
3. Open http://www.online-convert.com/
4.Convert your MP 4 to ogg.
5.Click on upload file in wiki commons.
6.Select the file.
7.Click on continue.
8.Select his file is my own work and click on next.
9.Write description, select catagary and location.
10. Click on next.
File is ready to share on wikipedia.
