9 Difference Between Cappuccino And Latte

1. Cappuccino – 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 foamed milk Latte – 1/6 espresso, 4/6 steamed milk, 1/6 foamed milk 2. Latte is usually served in a glass and not a cup/mug.  Cappuccino is usually served in a mug. 3. A cappuccino has chocolate powder dashed on top whereas the latte does not. 4. A cappuccino has more foam by volume than a latte does. 5. Latte is an English version of caffelatte or caffe latte which means “milk coffee.” 6. Cappuccino: The coffee taste is still featured. Latte:  This is a milk-based drink with just a little coffee.  7. Latte is very popular because the coffee content is very diluted, and the recipe can be tweaked by adding various flavorings, making latte a dessert.
